HCE will assign your Agreement to a single HCE program manager and a single Health Connections Enterprises’ Officer in order to oversee the entire series of activities that make up your program. The program manager will be in constant contact with you and will, therefore, be aware of each detail as it occurs. Having a single individual with direct access to a single Health Connections Enterprises’ Officer is critical to a smooth program at your facility. The program manager will serve as the key contact for all outside medical / therapy providers that are part of the project, as well. After the various components of the program are implemented, the program manager will serve in an oversight capacity and be accessible to your executive and management personnel to answer any questions or resolve any issues that may arise.
